Here’s where you should focus your attention to maximize your profile score:

Profile Completeness 📝

Dental offices want to see a fully completed profile to know you’re the real deal. Profiles that include a profile photo, photo ID, background check, background description, and other key details are far more appealing to potential employers.

• Pro Tip: To boost your score, add a background check (+50 points) and a photo ID (+25 points).

Certifications ✅

Adding certifications is a fantastic way to add credibility to your profile (and yes, it also scores you points!). Verified certifications from state boards or recognized training organizations make you stand out.

• Examples: BLS CPR, Infection Control, Laser, CDIPC, ACLS, N20 Administration, IV, HIPAA, OSHA, and more. Each verified certification earns you additional points, so don’t leave anything out!

Interactivity 📲

This is the most important component of your profile score! Your responsiveness and booking experience with offices show employers that you're proactive and reliable.

• Being quick to respond and maintaining a positive booking experience can significantly boost your score, making you a top choice for employers. Even if you don’t accept the booking, be sure to reply to any messages so your score isn’t decreased.
